<p>Application:<br>1. Use manicure prep pad to clean nail bed and remove oil and dirt, push back cuticles, buff, and shape nails.<br>2. Select a strip that best matches your nail size. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one.<br>3. Firmly press and smooth the strip, applying extra pressure along the free edge of the nail and remove the top clear film.<br>4. Using long firm strokes, file in a single direction from top to bottom across the free edge of the nail.<br>5. Cure under LED lamp for 30 seconds or cure for 1 minute if using UV lamp.</p>
